Welcome to Nuhtam Medical Clinics (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, including our website and clinic services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

  1. Services Provided Nuhtam Medical Clinics offers medical consultations, treatments, and related healthcare services. These services are subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • Medical Advice Disclaimer: The information on our website, marketing materials, or any other communications is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. For specific medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, you must consult with a licensed healthcare professional.
    • Service Availability: We aim to provide continuous access to our services, but we do not guarantee that they will be available at all times or that there will be no interruptions. Services may be modified, updated, or discontinued without prior notice.
  2. Appointments and Booking By booking an appointment with Nuhtam Medical Clinics:
    • Appointment Confirmation: Booking confirmation is subject to availability. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation through your preferred method of contact (e.g., email or phone).
    • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
    • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your consultation time may be shortened or rescheduled at the clinic’s discretion.
    Additional Cancellation and Refund Policies:
    • If a consultation or ultrasound appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, 15% of the appointment fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after proof of payment and receipt submission.
    • If service packages are booked and the patient wishes to cancel before the treatment begins, the patient must cancel within 48 hours. In this case, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% of the package fee. If 48 hours have passed or the treatment plan has already started, 50% of the total package amount will be deducted.
    • No refund is available for any service after 30 days from the booking date.
    • The patient has the right to keep the amount as credit with the clinic and use it for other services.
  3. Fees and Payments
    • Consultation and Service Fees: Our service fees, including consultation, treatments, and packages, are listed on our website or provided upon request at the clinic. Prices are subject to change without notice.
    • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of your visit, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and insurance (where applicable).
    • Refunds: All payments for completed services are final and non-refundable. Any exceptions (such as pre-paid packages) will be subject to specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
  4. Medical Records and Confidentiality
    • Patient Privacy: Your personal and medical information is confidential and will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • Access to Medical Records: You have the right to request access to your medical records at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  5. User Responsibilities By using our services, you agree to the following:
    • Accurate Information: You will provide accurate and up-to-date personal and medical information when required. Falsifying or misrepresenting any information may result in refusal of services or termination of your relationship with Nuhtam Medical Clinics.
    • Compliance with Health Guidelines: You agree to comply with any health and safety protocols implemented by the clinic, including hygiene and infection control measures.
    • Respectful Conduct: You must treat our staff, healthcare professionals, and other patients with respect. Any abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service and removal from the premises.
  6. Liability
    • Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide high-quality care, Nuhtam Medical Clinics and its staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
    • No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee specific results from any treatment, as outcomes may vary depending on individual patient circumstances.
  7. Third-Party Services Nuhtam Medical Clinics may refer you to third-party healthcare providers or use third-party service providers for certain treatments or services. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of services provided by third parties.
  8. Intellectual Property All content, including text, images, graphics, and logos on our website or marketing materials, is the property of Nuhtam Medical Clinics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our express written consent.
  9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
  10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
